Outreach
We believe health doesn't stop at our front door. Our outreach team brings education, testing, and resources directly into the community — at events, local businesses, schools, and partner organizations throughout the area. We supply no-cost condoms, PrEP information, and HIV testing site guidance to businesses and community groups that want to support their people. If you'd like us at your next event or as an ongoing partner, we'd love to connect.
HIV, Hepatitis, & STD Testing
Early detection saves lives, and knowing your status is the most powerful step you can take for yourself and those you love. We offer free, confidential testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and sexually transmitted infections in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Whether you come to us or we come to you, our team is here to make testing accessible to everyone — regardless of income, background, or identity. Same-day results and expert counseling are available to walk you through every next step.

Substance Recovery
Recovery is a journey, and no one should have to walk it alone. We provide Narcan (naloxone) nasal spray at no cost to individuals and community members who may witness or experience an opioid overdose, and offer behavioral health support for those navigating substance use challenges. Our counselors are trained to meet you where you are with personalized, compassionate care — free from stigma or judgment. Whether you need crisis support, ongoing counseling, or just someone to talk to, we're here.
